Great clubs are made up of great people, and we are incredibly lucky to have such wonderfufl leaders at the Devils who are looking to raise the bar, champion women whilst and retaining our values and core beliefs.
Premier Division Coach
Aaron Ross
Aaron returns as head coach for a second season bringing a strong fitness background, highly contagious enthusiasm and a passion for developing footballers. We are stoked to have him back in 2026.
Premier Assistant Coach
Kaelan Lazaro
We are thrilled to have Kaelan join our coaching ranks. Kaelan is incredibly professional, and currently also works as a development coach with the Sandringham Dragons, and previously with St Kilda's Next Generation squad.
Premier Assistant Coach
Wayne McNamara
'Arnie' joins the coaching team after years of observing the Devils from the other side of the fence. Assisting in the forward line, he is passionate and keen to help the girls develop. We are thrilled to see Arnie join the coaching team in 2026.
Assistant / Playing Forward Line Coach
Nicole Price
Nicole 'Nonga' Price will be taking on a coaching / playing position in 2026. A long standing Devil with 2 Premierships under her belt she's become a strong leader at the club and a wonderful human. We are pumped to have Nicole on board as a coach.
Division Four Head Coach
ON THE HUNT FOR 2025
The Devils are on the lookout for 2026 coach for our reserves side. Do you know someone who would love the opportunity? Enthusiasm, patience and the ability to manage players of all skill levels is a key. You will be supported by the Senior coaching team and Gilly.
Development Coach
Leeann Gill
Gilly has been involved in women's football for over 20 years. She has coached in both senior and the junior space, developing many of the superstars you see now in the AFLW. With an incredible wealth of knowledge, we love having Gilly on board, with a focus on helping players nail key skills in her 'Gilly's Skilly's' sessions.
